A strike at the LCBO has been averted as workers have reached a tentative agreement with the agency. 
Specific details haven’t been released, but officials with OPSEU say the union’s bargaining team is unanimously recommending the new contract to its membership.
The date for a ratification vote has not yet been set.
As many as 8000 LCBO employees have been without a contract since the end of March.
