A local resident has hit the jackpot at Caesars Windsor. 
The lucky winner, identified only as “Peter from Leamington” has won just over $1-million on a Blackjack Progressive.
This makes him the 838th winner of over $1 million dollars across all Caesars Entertainment properties.
Officials say the win happened at 8:07pm Monday evening when Peter placed a $5 wager and became an instant winner with a Royal Flush.
