Municipal officials are looking to hear what the Chatham-Kent Public Library means to local residents.
A community satisfaction survey has been launched through the Let’s Talk Chatham-Kent website.
Officials say feedback will help staff and Council better understand what matters most to residents, where services are meeting expectations, and where there may be opportunities to improve. It will also help identify where residents see the greatest value and guide the choices that come with balancing community needs, service levels, affordability, and future budgets and investment decisions.
Questions cover issues such as library hours, satisfaction with available resources, quality of programming for all ages, and any problems with accessing library services.
The deadline for submissions is August 31.
