Livia's Hamburger Vegetable Soup

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 beef Oxo cubes, diluted in ½ cup hot water
• 2 cans tomatoes, medium
• 1 cup diced carrots
• 1 cup diced celery
• 2 small onions, chopped
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 2 cups diced potatoes
• 3 cups water
• 1 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef. Add remaining vegetables and spices and simmer until tender.
