According to the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors 104 units changed hands in February, and that is a record.
It’s also the first time February home sales topped the 100 mark.
The average sale price was $386,000 and that’s a 35 per cent jump year over year.
There were only 74 properties listed at the end of the month and that is a drop of 58 per cent compared to last year.
