Originally Fresh Breath was an acoustic duo from Essex, Ontario. Recently they have joined hands to become, The Fresh Breath Band. Performing a new sound that has been hard for people to describe (in a good way).
Band members: Josh Pascoe, Katie Griffin, Richard Hazzard (a.k.a. Dick), Dan Norman & Andy Gravel – make up the 5 piece suddenly creating a new genre: Funktry – which they say is a ridiculously catchy mix of funk, folk, rock & country.
Josh & Katie have been songwriting together for 8 years. Always keeping the passion alive for the need to produce original music. The band has become a force to reckon with. Competing in the Dominion House’s Battle of the Bands and winning the spot to open up at Windsor’s “Beaverfest” in 2012 for Emerson Drive & Doc Walker. They have since done festivals like: Fork & Cork, Windsor’s newest food & drink festival in 2012 & are planning much much more.
