A trio of local men are facing charges, thanks to the work of the Lambton OPP K9 Unit.

According to police responded to a gas and go theft on Courtright Line around 8:30am on November 26.

Officers found the stolen vehicle a short time later and believe it was involved in a number of other crimes.

The K9 Unit tracked down three men, two in their early 30’s, the third in his 40s, in a field nearby.

Search of the three suspects and stolen vehicle located break and enter tools, stolen property and methamphetamine.

The men, from Walpole Island First Nation, Wallaceburg, and Moravian First Nation area were arrested and appeared in a Sarnia court.
