The last long weekend of the summer is upon us, and with it comes some service closures on Monday. 
Entegrus and PUC offices will be closed, along with all public libraries and the public health unit. Municipal offices will also be shut down until Tuesday.
There’s no garbage or recycling pickup on Monday – those who usually have curbside collection will have to wait until Tuesday, and collections for the remainder of the week will be pushed back a day.
Regular CK Transit will not be running on Monday, however the seasonal beach bus will still be making trips between Erieau and Mitchell’s Bay throughout the long weekend.
The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance will be running on a holiday schedule with reduced services. Ambulatory care and all out-patient services will be shut down, however the E-Rs in Wallaceburg and Chatham remain open.
