Charges have been laid after a car struck a motorcycle in Chatham Saturday night.
The incident happened on King Street West just before 9pm, and Chatham-Kent Police say the driver of the car left the scene.
The motorcycle driver wasn’t hurt.
Investigators found a key piece of evidence left at the scene – the front license plate.
Police quickly arrested a 30 year old man they say was driving the car and charged him with fail to remain and careless driving.
