Luka Magnotta has been found guilty of first degree murder…The trial hinged on Magnotta’s mental state but after deliberations for 8 days the 8 woman 4 man jury returned a guilty verdict on charges of first degree murder and dismemberment. Magnotta was sentenced to life in prison with no possible opportunity for parole for 25 years.
