The nomination deadline is fast approaching for the 79th annual Rural Urban Awards.
The event celebrates those who demonstrate outstanding innovation, growth, and contributions to the agriculture community.
The Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce honours will be handed out later this fall in in six categories: Future Leader for those 21 and under, Agriculturalist of the Year, Agriculture Innovator for both individual and business, Friend of Agriculture, and Woman in Agriculture.
The deadline for nominations is September 30.
The Rural Urban Awards ceremony will be held at the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus on Thursday, November 27th.
