A local man is facing more charges in connection to an incident in Wallaceburg last winter.

On January 12th, police were called to Dufferin Avenue after someone had gained access to the traffic lights and was manipulating the flow of traffic.

The suspect was identified and a warrant issued for his arrest. A 32-year-old man eventually turned himself into police in late February and was charged with mischief endangering life, but failed to show up for his next court appearance.

The suspect was arrested again Thursday morning after being found on Margaret Avenue.

He is now facing an additional charge of failing to attend court.

The accused was held for a bail hearing and remanded into custody until his next video appearance later this month.
