The Chatham-Kent Police Service was contacted by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on Wednesday shortly before 6 a.m. regarding an unauthorized person on board a VIA Rail train that was travelling from Windsor to Chatham.

After the train arrived at the station on Queen Street in Chatham, a man was found on top of the rear engine and taken into custody.
