Man Assaulted During Road Rage Incident

A Windsor man has been charged after a road rage incident turned violent.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to an address on St. Clair Road on Thursday at around 1:30 p.m. following a dispute between two men as a result of a road rage incident.

An argument continued into a nearby driveway, where one of the men assaulted the other. A 74-year-old man was treated for injuries by EMS.

A 30-year-old Windsor man was arrested at the scene and is now charged with one count of assault. He was later released from custody with a future court date.
