Emergency crews were called to Pinehurst Line near Lakeview Drive just after 7:30 last night.
Three people were initially taken to hospital – one of the drivers and a passenger were treated and released.
The other driver was sent to London for further treatment.
A 78-year-old man is charged with making an unsafe turn.
