
An arrest has been made following a break-and-enter in Wallaceburg.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a theft report at a Murray Street residence on Tuesday shortly after 6:30 p.m.
Authorities learned that a man had entered the residence without permission and removed property from the home.
Police arrived at the scene and arrested a suspect.
The 44-year-old Wallaceburg man is now charged with break-and-enter to commit an indictable offence. He was taken to police headquarters and later released with a June court date.
