Charges have been laid after a passerby spotted a man breaking the window of a vehicle in Wallaceburg.
Officers responded to a business on Lowe Street shortly after 7:30 Thursday morning and found the suspect a short distance away.
Police say the accused was found carrying suspected methamphetamine.
The 44-year-old has been charged with uttering threats, mischief, and possession of a controlled substance.
He was released from custody with conditions and a date in court on June 30th.
