A Chatham man is facing charges following an argument with his ex-girlfriend’s mother.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said sometime on Sunday, the 21-year-old man went to the mother’s residence on King Street in Chatham, where the two got into an argument.
The argument escalated and the man allegedly damaged a phone and doorway at the home.
The man is now charged with two counts of mischief under $5,000. He has since been released with a future court date.
