Officer Renee Cowell with the Chatham Kent police force says more charges were laid yesterday.
This brings the number of charges against Tomlin to ten. The dogs that were seized as part of the investigation are being housed outside of Chatham-Kent as the case is before the courts.
The fate of the dogs that are in OSPCA care have stirred the emotions of many incuding MPP Rick Nichols. Nichols has been very vocal in Queens Park addressing the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services asking, if he will Save The Dogs. The Minister has repeated that there is no legislation in place for him to do that.
