
A Morpeth man has been arrested following a family dispute.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to the dispute at a Morpeth home at around 10 p.m. on Monday.
According to police, a man who had recently been arrested under the Mental Health Act had returned home after being discharged from the hospital. While at home, the man allegedly threatened to kill a family member.
As a result, a 31-year-old Morpeth man has been charged with uttering threats. He was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
