The results of a recent survey of municipal services will be presented to Chatham-Kent council at tonight’s online meeting.
Chatham-Kent contracted with Ipsos Global Market Research to conduct the survey as a means of soliciting opinions from residents.
The report outlines citizens’ perceptions of various municipal services.
The two areas where residents had the strongest negative feelings included social or affordable housing, as well as road maintenance.
Overall, the services that had the greatest positive satisfaction included fire services (98%), ambulance services (96%), cemeteries (96%), and public libraries (95%).
