The annual meeting will begin with two guest speakers, Emery Huszka, the NFU-Ontario President and will focus on farming in the Clay Belt of Northern Ontario.

As global warming affects the climate, many are looking northward for cheaper land and the potential for increased yields.

The second speaker is Tom Congden and will focus on honey production and agriculture in southwestern Ontario.

The dinner, being held at Smitty’s, is at 6pm and the AGM and elections are at 6:30.

Tickets are $10 and are available at the door.
