Enbridge Gas customers will notice a bit of an increase on their next natural gas bill.
The hike, approved by the Ontario Energy Board, went into effect on January first.
In a news release, the company say the change reflects forecasted increases in North American market prices for natural gas suppliers and the cost to transport natural gas from Western Canada and the US into Ontario.
The average residential customer in southern Ontario will see their annual bills go up by about $6 a year.
