Nicholls Working on School Bus Safety

Following in the footsteps of his predecessor, Chatham-Kent Leamington MPP Rick Nicholls is working to beef up school bus safety laws.

Nicholls’ Bill 94, cracking down on drivers who illegally pass school buses, has passed second reading at Queen’s Park.

Former Liberal MPP Pat Hoy worked for years to have the province pass legislation cracking down on school bus safety.
