8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup mixed dried fruit pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
Place all ingredients in 4-5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
