No Charges in Fatal Bothwell Crash

No charges are being laid in a crash that killed a 14-year-old pedestrian near Bothwell.

A Pontiac Montana van hit two pedestrians on Longwoods Road east of Bothwell on January 20^th.

Chatham-Kent Police have concluded their investigation and say the 52-year-old Wardsville driver was not at fault.

The accident claimed the life of the 14-year-old and sent a 14-year-old friend to hospital with minor injuries.
