The CAA is once again calling on area residents to highlight some of the problem areas when it comes to local transportation.
Officials say the annual Worst Roads campaign gives decision makers a snapshot of the roads the public perceives as not meeting their expectations and shines a spotlight on where work is needed the most.
Since 2003, the campaign has influenced repaving and repair work on many of the roads on Ontario’s Worst Roads list.
Among the worst roads in the CAA’s South West region last year were Banwell Road in Windsor and Blackwell Sideroad in Sarnia.
Nominations for CAA’s 2026 annual Worst Roads campaign can be submitted online at caaworstroads.com through April 17.
