A former Chatham-Kent administrator has returned to southwestern Ontario.
John Norton, Chatham-Kent’s former chief legal officer and general manager of community development, just moved to the Township of Georgian Bluffs to take over the reins as CAO last month.
He’s now been named Chief Administrative Officer in Kingsville.
“We’re excited to have John join our municipality as CAO,” said Kingsville Mayor, Nelson Santos. “He’s a proven leader with a wealth of experience who, alongside Council and staff, will help bring the vision, goals and objectives of our community to fruition.”
Norton’s first full day on the job will be September 8th.
