The all clear has been sounded at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, at least in part.
Hospital officials say public health has declared a COVID outbreak in the complex continuing care unit over with a total of 8 health-care acquired cases of COVID-19 since July 20th.
An outbreak in the hospital’s Medicine Unit remains in effect with 17 cases since July 22nd.
Infection Prevention and Control measures will remain in place across the organization and CKHA will continue to review and monitor the impact of the pandemic on its operations.
