One man is dead and another behind bars following an altercation in the 100 block of Talbot St. East in Leamington on Friday night between 8 and 10 pm.
A 54 year old man was taken to the hospital late in the evening when he was pronounced dead.
The other man was taken into custody where he remains pending further investigation.
