A Sarnia resident is facing charges following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 40 near Dover Centre.
The Ontario Provincial Police said the two vehicles collided on the highway near Cedar Hedge Line at around 6:22 p.m. on January 24.
The driver and sole occupant of one of the vehicles was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two occupants in the other vehicle also suffered non-life-threatening injuries but were not taken to hospital.
Following an investigation, a 30-year-old man from Sarnia was charged with careless driving and failing to surrender a driver’s licence.
