Onion-Chive Butter

– 1 tablespoon sliced green onion

– 1 tablespoon snipped chives

– ½ cup butter (at room temperature)

 

1.) Blend onion, chives, and butter

2.) Form into a roll about 1 inch in diameter. Chill.

3.) Cut into small disks. ABOUT 2/3 CUP
