A London resident is facing charges after being pulled over by Provincial Police in Chatham-Kent.
OPP officers were conducting a RIDE checkpoint on the eastbound 401 at Bloomfield Road on Thursday, October 14.
A 37-year-old driver was stopped, given a roadside screening test, and subsequently charged with having open liquor in the vehicle and issued a three-day license suspension.
