Essex OPP say 40 year old Kamia Barry of Windsor died in the 2 vehicle collision at Highway 77 and Lakeshore Rd.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 34 year old Chatham woman suffered non life threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The investigation is on going.
