Unwanted communications between a man and a woman have led to charges for both.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers began an investigation into the unwanted communications on Thursday afternoon between a couple who had a history of previous intimate partner violence and were under court-imposed conditions not to have contact with one another.
As a result, a 32-year-old Chatham man is now charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. A 42-year-old Whitby woman is also charged with facilitating a breach.
Both will answer the charges in court next month.
