Lambton County OPP are investigating a plane crash over the weekend.
Officers along with EMS were called out about 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon near Port Franks.
Authorities say an ultralight pontoon aircraft was attempting a water landing when the plane hit the water too hard and flipped over.
Nearby vessels were able to assist the pilot and the passenger to shore safely – neither was hurt.
