Chatham-Kent Police Service is giving a big thanks to local residents.
The force placed 4th for the Highest Percentage Increase in Gross Revenue at this week’s Special Olympics Winter Games in Sault Ste Marie.
Authorities say it’s all because of the community’s support of fundraisers like the polar plunge, torch run, and NHL alumni hockey game.
The Winter Games continue through the weekend.
