A 29-year-old Chatham man has been charged after a police pursuit in Chatham.
C-K Police spotted the vehicle in the area of Riverview Drive just before 9AM on Thursday.
Police say the vehicle had been the subject of numerous traffic complaints.
After trying to initiate a traffic stop, police say the vehicle fled the area and a pursuit began.
The vehicle continued westbound on Riverview Dr, where it entered a ditch.
The driver was not injured.
The accused is charged with Dangerous Operation, Flight From Police and issued Part 3’s for having a speed measuring device and Fail to Surrender Licence.
The driver was released from custody with a future court date.
