She was last seen yesterday outside her home on London Road around 4pm wearing grey jogging pants with a white and peach shirt. She may have been carrying a black coat and multi-coloured striped purse.
Payne is Caucasian, approximately 5’9”, 160 lbs with a thin build, blue eyes with short white/grey hair and has a visible scar on her left cheek.
