Chatham-Kent Police say the accused got in through the controlled entrance of a building Tuesday afternoon and made his way to the garbage room, where he relieved himself on the floor.
The 42-year-old is also accused of smearing the feces around before leaving.
The incident was captured on surveillance video, which helped lead officers to an arrest.
