An arrest has been made in connection to an abandoned car found in a farmer’s field.
The discovery was made last Thursday morning near Eighth Line and Merlin Road, and police say the car was later reported stolen.
However, police now say a 20-year-old Chatham man has been arrested and charged with dangerous driving, public mischief, and failing to stop at the scene of a crash.
He’ll be in court next month.
