A free workshop is being held tomorrow on building effective advocacy campaigns.
Kate Do Forno, from the Prosperity Roundtable, says the workshop is in partnership with many community organizations, and is open to the community:
“It’s intended to give individuals the tool and some background on how to form and build an effective advocacy campaign in their community,” says Do Forno We’re bringing in partners from Windsor who have built a really impressive campaign around educating the community around poverty and we’re going to learn from their example.”
The workshop will take place at the Chatham-Kent Public Library from 1-4pm tomorrow.
