Maxime Bernier will be the first federal party leader to make a campaign stop in Chatham-Kent this week.
The head of the People’s Party of Canada will be touring the riding on Tuesday.
The tour starts at the Wish Centre in Chatham at 8am before moving to the Wallaceburg Legion at 10, then it’s off to Sarnia and Strathroy in the afternoon.
Both Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer and Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau have toured through southwestern Ontario, however Bernier will be the first to meet with voters in Chatham-Kent.
