A theft investigation has resulted in charges against a Wallaceburg man.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said police were contacted on Sunday after a man entered a medical facility on Margaret Avenue in Wallaceburg and removed property belonging to another person.
Following an investigation, the property was recovered, and a suspect was arrested.
A 51-year-old Wallaceburg man is now charged with theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property under $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order. He will answer the charges in court at a later date.
