Both drivers have been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash near Tilbury.
Chatham-Kent police reported the collision on Queens Line shortly before 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
The two drivers suffered unknown injuries and were transported to hospital from the scene.
Queens Line remains closed between Sinclair Road and Bonneau Line, with no access to or from Highway 401.
