Early Saturday they say a man on his bike in downtown Chatham wheeled past a photo shoot and grabbed the wedding photographers camera bag..and camera.
But a short while later they spotted the man and he just happened to still have the camera on him.
The accused was arrested and charged with theft and possession and later released on a promise to appear.
