Rain, Flooding Foretold By Conservation Authority

Water levels continue to rise around the region with more rain in the forecast.

According to the St Clair Region Conservation Authority, some areas have already seen as much as 55 mm of rain this week, with up to 20mm more coming before the end of the day tomorrow.

Officials say the rising water levels could cause some flooding in low lying areas and bring the risk of minor erosion.
