Chatham-Kent continues to be a real estate sellers’ market.
The Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors is out with the monthly figures, and says the number of properties sold in November was up 10% over last year.
So far 1270 homes have sold in 2019, up 5% from the same period in 2018.
The average price of home in 2019 is at $250,000, up 17% compared to last year.
