Chatham-Kent is setting records once again when it comes to the real estate market, this time for the number of available properties.

According to stats from the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors, 2019 set a new benchmark for low supply.

1332 homes changed hands over the course of the year, up 3.4% from 2018.

The average price of homes sold in December came in at $269,973, up a whopping 26% from the same time a year earlier.
