September is Recovery Awareness Month, and a celebration is being held in Chatham this weekend to support those battling addiction. 
The Recovery Day event is being held at the Chatham Banquet Hall on Merritt Avenue on Saturday.
A march is being held from 1-2pm, with a Recovery Celebration planned from 2-5pm.
Organizers say it’s a chance to challenge the stigmas associated with addiction and help build a stronger community.
